This was a wonderful app, with great selection material. But since the last update, this app is more frustrating than entertaining. Every episode which is 20 mins long, has 3 ad breaks... each of 1:30 min long which you cannot skip. It really becomes frustrating after some time cause it pauses your flow for so long, and so many times. This is the last time I'm gonna be subscribing to this app ever again!

Hi! We recommend making sure that your app is up to date and delete all cache/data. Hopefully, this does the trick! If not, please log in to your Disney+ Hotstar account with your phone number and OTP, and contact us via the options provided at the bottom of the page on help.hotstar.com

I paid for the mobile version but I still get so many ads that it's absolutely impossible to enjoy anything. Even if I wanted to pay for the ad free model, it's twice more expensive (even the mobile version costs 600βΉ) than any other content platform, which kinda sucks, tbh. oh, and sometimes when it can't find ads or is having difficulty playing them, it will keep buffering multiple times (i myself have counted upto 13 times) without playing any further at all. Quite a sucky experience.

Absolutely terrible app, if they didn't have the premier league I wouldn't use them at all. Whenever u change the tab it refuses to open again, and u must clear the tab to restart it. If you have something playing live, you can't open another app and have it play on the small window, like youtube premium does, it immediately stops playing. It crashes randomly. It gives a 1 minute ad every 10 minutes of playing a Hollywood movie or show. I would have preferred giving it 0 stars.
